the Kilfenora Céilí Band
North Clare, and Kilfenora in particular, is renowned for its musical heritage. A comprehensive exhibition with lively video tells the remarkable story of the internationally famous Kilfenora Céilí Band – 111 years old and still thrilling audiences and dancers with its combination of world-class musical skills and youthful energy.

The exhibition area enables the visitor to experience the development of the Burren and its civilisation from formation 320 million years ago to how the Burren is today.
